Here you can find out about my movement practice, about my homeopathic practice and about the integral vision behind both.
Homeopathy is a beautiful and effective method for correcting past imbalances and bringing healing and integration to the present.
Movement work can help us to stabilise in free flowing awareness. It helps us to take a position, to be here, embodied and committed, but not stuck or regressive.

and my work...... |
Many of us wish to become more aware, and to come home to our own truth. We want to feel well and at peace. We know about, and may have tasted stillness and peace. We may have experienced resting in awareness. We want to relax into our true nature.
We also know about the programming that makes this difficult. We experience streams of thoughts, feelings and sensations, which cloud our awareness and spaciousness. These reactive states arise from karmic patterning, from ancestral patterning and from infantile experiences and memories. They constitute a illusory view of the world. They obscure our view. We need to be able to recognise these patterns, to manage them and to heal them. This healing of the wounds of the past is essential work. It enables us to rest in ourselves more, and to trust the ground under our feet. Without dealing with the difficulties and dysfunctions arising from past experience it is harder to maintain and, stabilise in, awareness. What does it mean to be stabilised in awareness? It is in no way a resistant or defended state. It is a state of fluid awareness/being which doesn’t become submerged with the onset of afflictive states. In this soft openness we can remain aware of the onset of negative thoughts, feelings and attitudes. We don’t judge them. We don’t try to control them. In fact we experience them as feelings and sensations, right down to the bottom. When we do this these states can “spontaneously liberate.” We do nothing except open ourselves to the full experience of these states. They then resolve. We don’t get involved. We don’t act out of these states. We don’t allow ourselves to be moved by them. When we follow this way we begin to see that the cycle of karma, of action and reaction, is not maintained. Old habits begin to lose their grip. We remain unmoved in our centre, but able to flow with and respond to events. We begin to disperse the cycle of activity born out of limited or illusory points of view. We begin to realise that activity, and doing what needs to be done, can arise spontaneously. This is known as following the dao. Lao Tzu says that the sage does nothing, but nothing remains undone. Consciousness, the ground of being, takes care of everything. We allow ourselves to be guided. Through cultivating sensitivity and stillness we learn to function as a unified whole. Being and doing without division. We need not trouble ourselves over the goal of the work. All we need do is to feel into each situation as it arises, fully experiencing our moods and sensations. As we do this we try to remember that these moods, thoughts and feelings constitute “points of view”. There is nothing wrong with them, and they have there own truth. We don’t fight against them in any way. Neither do we act from them. As we trust ourselves more, and trust the ground on which we stand we begin to act in a natural and full way, free from the notion of a doer. We want to undo the belief in a separate subject acting in and on an objective world. We want to come to a conscious awareness of oneness in being and doing. There are very many practices to help in this work. It will help us greatly if we can find methods to help us undo and release the habits and dysfunctions of the past. This will make it easier to relax in the present. Homeopathy is a beautiful and effective method for correcting past imbalances and bringing healing and integration to the present.
